About Me

Since 2009, I have completed more than 20 triathlons as an amateur, including 5 Ironmans. My first Ironman in 2010 took 15 hours, 35 minutes.  I finished my most recent Ironman in 2016 in 10 hours, 33 minutes, for a total improvement of over 5 hours!  I have qualified for the 70.3 World Championships and been both an Ironman All World Athlete and a USAT All American.

I am a certified Level I USA Triathlon coach for TriForce Triathlon Team.  I am a highly motivated, detail-oriented student of the sport of triathlon. I read blogs and academic articles, watch videos from experts about run technique and swim stroke, and write software to analyze training metrics and aerodynamic data.
